Integrations & Automation

We connect the systems your client already runs (CRMs, calendars, webhooks, APIs) and automate the work between them with n8n, Make or custom backend logic, including the retry, replay and rate-limit handling that no-code automation tools quietly skip.

n8n and Make get an integration working in a demo in an afternoon. They do not, by default, handle a webhook that arrives twice, an API that rate-limits mid-run, or a sync that needs to resume cleanly after a partial failure. Those are exactly the failures a client notices, usually as missing data rather than an error message.

Who it is for
Automation agencies whose projects need engineering beyond what a no-code automation tool can hold.
Typical timeline
A scoped integration typically runs one to four weeks. Multi-system automation projects are scoped after the fit call.

Included

  • CRM, calendar and third-party API integrations
  • Webhook ingestion: signature verification, deduplication, idempotency
  • n8n and Make workflow design and custom nodes
  • Business-process automation beyond what no-code tools can express
  • Custom backend logic where a workflow tool is the wrong shape
  • Data synchronisation between systems that were never designed to talk
  • Retry and replay logic for failed steps
  • Rate-limit handling and backoff against third-party APIs

Not included

  • Automations with no error path defined
  • Direct contact with your client's other vendors
  • Data cleansing of an existing, unmaintained dataset
  • Ongoing workflow babysitting after handover

Why this beats the alternatives

Against hiring
Integration work is spiky by nature. Senior capacity when a sync breaks or a new system needs connecting, without carrying a developer through the quiet weeks.
Against a marketplace freelancer
The failure handling is the job. A workflow that works once in testing and an integration that survives a rate limit at 2am are different deliverables.
Against an offshore shop
One engineer owns the whole data path, so a partial failure gets traced by the person who built it, not relayed through a support queue.
